Article 1 (Purpose)
This Agreement aims to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users regarding use of the AI conversation service Naepyeon (hereinafter, the “Service”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the counseling application that provides AI-based counseling, emotion analysis, conversation data storage, personality diagnosis, emotion logging, and related functions via the AI character “Pyoni.”
- “User” means any individual or member who accesses and uses the Service.
- “Voice Data” means the voice information recorded during a voice call with AI Pyoni while using the Service.
- “Counseling Data” means all related data, including text transcriptions of voice data, AI responses, emotion analysis results, personality analysis, and recent status summaries.
- “AI Pyoni” means the virtual AI character that provides counseling within the Service.
Chapter 2 Use of the Service
Article 3 (Service Contents)
The Service provides the following features:
- Voice call–based counseling with AI Pyoni
- Automatic saving and analysis of conversation contents
- Emotion status analysis and visualization of emotion intensity
- Reports on individual personality and recent emotional state
- Viewing and organizing conversation records by date
