Article 1 (Purpose)

This Agreement aims to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and Users regarding use of the AI conversation service Naepyeon (hereinafter, the “Service”).


Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” means the counseling application that provides AI-based counseling, emotion analysis, conversation data storage, personality diagnosis, emotion logging, and related functions via the AI character “Pyoni.”
  2. “User” means any individual or member who accesses and uses the Service.
  3. “Voice Data” means the voice information recorded during a voice call with AI Pyoni while using the Service.
  4. “Counseling Data” means all related data, including text transcriptions of voice data, AI responses, emotion analysis results, personality analysis, and recent status summaries.
  5. “AI Pyoni” means the virtual AI character that provides counseling within the Service.

Chapter 2 Use of the Service

Article 3 (Service Contents)

The Service provides the following features:

  1. Voice call–based counseling with AI Pyoni
  2. Automatic saving and analysis of conversation contents
  3. Emotion status analysis and visualization of emotion intensity
  4. Reports on individual personality and recent emotional state
  5. Viewing and organizing conversation records by date
