Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the use of the AI counseling service "Naepyeon" (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” refers to the counseling application that provides voice-based AI counseling, emotion analysis, conversation storage, personality diagnostics, and emotional tracking through the AI character "Pyo-ni".
  2. “User” means an individual or member who accesses and uses the Service.
  3. “Voice Data” refers to audio information recorded during phone conversations with the AI character Pyo-ni.
  4. “Counseling Data” includes the transcribed voice content, AI responses, emotion analysis results, personality analysis, and recent emotional summaries.
  5. “AI Pyo-ni” refers to the virtual AI character within the Service that provides voice-based counseling.

Chapter 2: Use of the Service

Article 3 (Service Features)

The Service provides the following features:

  1. Voice-based counseling with AI Pyo-ni
  2. Automatic saving and analysis of conversation content
